Cardio Endurance: 8 weeks
Muscular Endurance: 8 weeks
Strength Development & Endurance: 8 weeks
Strength, Endurance & Power: 6 weeks

40CA$If you can only come occasionally, this program is for you- Pay per session
The Sportif
600CA$Ideal for people who can devote more time to train- Book of 20 tickets available at $30.00 per ticket

2,000CA$This program has it all for those who are committed.- Unlimited cycling
- Initial and mid-term fitness testing and zone confirmation
- Specific training and intensity monitoring
- On-bike positioning and bike fit adjustment
INSPIRING DESTINATIONS
Whenever we can again travel comfortably, training trips to inspiring destinations will be an option for you.

But, it's not always about the bike!
While the following pictures were taken pre-Covid., cycling is also about friendship, being with fellow travelers and occasionally, just a fun, easy ride out to Annina’s Bakery in Goodwood for the butter tarts.
